DATO’ A. ZAMANI BIN MOHAMMAD DPMT.

Dato’ Zamani graduated with Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) from University of Malaya in 1977.

Prior to legal practice, he had served as an officer of Bank Negara Malaysia, a Magistrate in Kuala Terengganu and a Deputy Public Prosecutor in Penang.

He resigned from the Government Service in May 1981 and was admitted as Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya on 29 April 1982, upon which he joined the legal firm of Messrs. Adnan & Wee as a legal assistant.

In March 1983, he joined Messrs. Sidek Zubir Sulaiman Nadzir & Partners, as a partner, before starting his own practice under the name and style of Messrs. Zamani Mohammad & Co. on 1 March 1988.

He is a former Chairman of the Terengganu Bar and served as a committee member for a number of terms.

Tuan Haji Othman graduated with Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia in 1990.

Upon being admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya on 14 March 1991, he joined Messrs. Zamani Mohammad & Co. as a legal assistant and was subsequently invited to the partnership in 2002.

Throughout his legal career, he is an active committee member of the Terengganu Bar and was formerly entrusted to head the Terengganu Bar as Chairman.

Tuan Haji Othman has more than 30 years of experience handling criminal as well as civil litigation.
MUKHTAR BIN ABDULLAH

Tuan Haji Mukhtar graduated with Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia in 1991 and was admitted as Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya on 26 March 1992.

Prior to practicing, he served the Terengganu State Economic Development Corporation as an Executive Officer (1980 - 1992) and as a Legal Officer (1992 - 1996). He opted for early retirement on 10 August 1996 and joined Messrs. Zamani Mohammad & Co. as a legal assistant and was subsequently admitted as a partner in 2002.

Tuan Haji Mukhar is a continuing committee member of the Terengganu Bar and formerly the Representative of the Terengganu Bar to the Bar Council (2009 - 2013). During his tenure as member of the Bar Council, he was appointed as the co-chairperson of the Bahasa Melayu Committee and the Lawcare Committee of the Bar Council.
He is also active in the area of legal education, to which he lectured law at the Law Faculty of Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (formerly known as KUSZA) from 1991 to 2002 and at present, is actively invited by various NGOs in Terengganu to give talks on the rights of women under the Syariah law.
Tuan Haji Mukhtar is also a licensed Syarie counsel in Terengganu and has about 30 years of experience, in both civil and syariah matters.

He is also known as the author of “Harta Sepencarian dan Hak Wanita” (2014), “Suami Isteri: Hak dan Obligasi dari Sudut Undang-Undang Keluarga Islam di Malaysia” (2015), “Aplikasi dan Tuntutan Hibah di Mahkamah Syariah di Malaysia” (2016), “Pembubaran Perkahwinan Secara Fasakh: Kaedah & Perlaksanaanya di Mahkamah Syariah di Malaysia” (2017), “Tuntutan Wasiat di Mahkamah Syariah di Malaysia” (2018), “Perancangan dan Pengurusan Harta dari Perspektif Syariah dan Undang-Undang Malaysia (2019) dan “Mut’ah Bukanlah Suatu Tuntutan Balas Dendam (2020).

Encik Muhammad graduated with Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia in 2003. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya in 2004 and joined Messrs. Wan Haron Sukri & Nordin as a legal associate.​
​
While practicing at Messrs. Wan Haron Sukri & Nordin, he pursued his post-graduate qualifications and was awarded the Master of Laws (LL.M) Executive in Banking Law by the International Islamic University Malaysia in 2005.

He then joined Messrs. Zamani Mohammad as a legal associate in 2006 and was made partner in 2013.
Encik Muhammad was also attached to the Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA) as a law lecturer.
​He has more than 15 years of experience in handling securities documentation including loan documentation for various financial institutions, as well as general conveyancing.​
